ORDERS

1. How to Place an Order?

Ordering from us is a breeze:

  • Add to Cart: Found something you love? Hit that “add to cart” button.
  • Checkout: Ready to roll? Click “checkout.”
  • Enter Details: Pop in your contact info and shipping address.
  • Payment: Pick your payment method, and you’re all set!
  • Confirmation: Once payment is done, you’ll see a confirmation page with your order details. Done and dusted!

2. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Heads up: COD is only for serious buyers. If you decline a COD order, you won’t be able to place another COD with us. You can still prepay and order!

Note: COD is convenient, but let’s keep it responsible—impulsive orders add to carbon footprints and use resources unnecessarily.

3. Partial Payment for COD Orders (High-Risk Orders)

To ensure genuine orders and reduce unnecessary returns, we use a verification system to identify high-risk COD orders.

If your order is identified as high-risk, a partial advance payment of ₹100 will be required to confirm your Cash on Delivery (COD) order during checkout.

If the order is successfully delivered, the ₹100 will be adjusted against your total order value. And you will have to pay only the balance amount (order value less Rs.100) to the courier partner.

If the order is refused, not accepted, or marked as RTO (Return to Origin), the ₹100 is non-refundable, as it covers shipping charges incurred by us.

4. Is My Order Confirmed if I Haven’t Received a Confirmation Email/Message?

You should get a confirmation on WhatsApp and email as soon as you place an order. If it’s MIA, check your spam folder. Still missing? Contact us with your registered email, phone number, and a screenshot of your payment.

5. What If My Money Was Debited but the Order Wasn’t Placed?

If your payment went through but your order didn’t, don’t stress. Your money should bounce back to your account within 7-14 business days. Need help? We’re here for you on WhatsApp, email (help@poshanskincare.com), or phone.

6. Where Can I Find My Order ID?

Your Order ID is in the confirmation message and email sent after you place your order. Keep it handy!

7. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll shoot over a tracking link on WhatsApp and email so you can keep an eye on it.

8. Can I Change My Shipping Address, Phone Number, or Email After Ordering?

Need to update your info? Contact us within 3 hours or before your order ships. After it’s on its way, we can’t make changes.
Extra Charges for Changes Post-Shipping:
If updates are needed after shipping, there’s an extra ₹50-150 charge from our courier.

9. How Are the Items Packed?

Each product is nestled safely in a secondary packaging box, then tucked into a bubble-wrapped, tamper-proof shipping bag. You’ll find all the details, ingredients, and instructions printed right on the product and its box.

DELIVERY & SHIPPING

1. Delivery Time within India:

Dispatch: 2-3 business days.
Metro Areas: 3-5 business days for delivery after dispatch.
Other Areas: 5-7 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery dates are estimated. You’ll get a tracking link on WhatsApp and email once your order is on its way.

2. What if I’m not available to receive my order?

Our courier will try delivering three times. If you’re unavailable, they’ll reach out by WhatsApp or phone to reschedule. If all attempts fail, the package returns to us, and an additional ₹60 fee applies to resend it.

3. If my order says “delivered” but I didn’t receive it, what should I do?

If your order status says delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 48 hours to sort it out.
